We have many hopeful faces at the shelter waiting for someone to be their friend until a forever home can be found.  The Sponsor Program helps provide food, shelter, medical care and many other items they need while they're waiting.  To become a sponsor, please give us a call at 504.392.1601 for more information or enter your information on the PAWS website for monthly credit card deductions.  Either way you do it, your information will be kept confidential.

Do you love animals, but are unable to adopt at this time?  Would you like to help a sick or injured pet get better?  Sponsorship of a pet through PAWS will not only help support an animal in need, but it will also give you the opportunity to feel good about making a difference.

PAWS will send you a picture of the pet you are sponsoring and either a card or a letter from your pet.  We will also notify you when the cat or dog you are sponsoring has been adopted.
