PAWS presents "A Night for the Animals" our 2nd Annual Benefit Gala and Auction benefitting Plaquemines Animal Welfare Society.

Date: September 30, 2011

Time: 7:00 - 11:0o pm. This 2nd annual Gala & Fundraiser will be held at Generations Hall.

We will be offering delicious food from a variety of restaurants, an open bar, music and unique and exciting auction items. This fundraiser will provide a substantial percentage of PAWS operating funds which allow us to continue to provide low-cost spay/neuter and adoption services for our homeless animals.

Every year millions of pets become homeless and are left to fend for themselves. Our mission is to give as many homeless, abused and neglected animals the best possible life, while trying to find them a forever home.  This year alone PAWS has successfully placed over 300 animals into loving, caring homes with over 3,500 placements since 2002.

We are asking our friends in the community to donate items to raffle or sponsor this event with a donation. Your generous partnership in this effort will be gratefully acknowledged on our web site, in our newsletter and the evening of the gala. Additionally, we will document your donation in writing for your tax purposes. No outside firm solicits funds for our charity and every dollar raised goes to PAWS.
